A-Z Guide

Round 26 & 27 Member Ticketing

  • Can I redeem tickets for more than one game?

At this point in time, members can only redeem tickets to our match on Friday, 31 July 2020 against Wellington Phoenix.

Our remaining two games will be made available for ticket redemption on Friday, 31 July 2020 with notification via email of the steps necessary to redeem a ticket.

  • If I receive a ticket to a game, will I be guaranteed the same seat as my regular season ticket?

No, due to reduced venue capacity it is not possible for members to sit in their regular allocated seat(s) for this game. Members will be allocated the next best available section and row within their membership seating category and will be advised to sit 1.5 metres apart from other members outside of their group.

We have worked closely with Bankwest Stadium to ensure that all those who redeem tickets are seated within the bays associated with their existing membership categories.

  • What changes have been made to our seating arrangements for our remaining matches?
The seating map has been re-categorised in order to give more members an opportunity to attend whilst social distancing.

Please refer to the revised seating map below:

    COVID_Stadium_Map

  • What happens if there are no tickets available?

We are expecting a large amount of interest for members to redeem tickets to our remaining matches. In the instance you have missed out on redeeming ticket(s) in your membership category, you will have a second opportunity to redeem best available tickets in a lower tiered membership category.

  • Can I use my 2019/20 membership card to attend the game?

No, if you redeem a ticket, your seat will be randomly allocated and will not be based on your existing 2019/20 membership seating. You will be provided a mobile ticket with a new seat available only for the select game day.

  • How will my ticket be delivered?

All tickets will be issued as mobile tickets. More information on mobile ticketing can be found HERE.

If you are not able to access mobile ticketing, please contact our Membership Services Team during business hours at memberships@wswanderersfc.com.au or leave a voicemail at (+612) 8602 6424 for a call back.
