The move to Western Sydney Stadium is a complex task but we won’t be able to do it without you! We have put together an easy ten step plan for you to follow to return to Wanderland.

When the transition begins …

STEP 1: FORM A GROUP

Before we allocate your seat at Western Sydney Stadium, we will need to know who you want to sit with. In this step you need to begin thinking about who you would like to sit with at the new venue.

If you have friends or family that want a seat at Western Sydney Stadium but aren’t Wanderers members yet, to be included in your seating group and be guaranteed a seat at the new stadium they will need to sign up as a Season 2018/19 Wanderers member before Monday 17 December 2018.

Please note: There may be up to a 24-hour delay from your membership purchase to being able to add new members to your Seating Group.

STEP 2: NOMINATE A GROUP LEADER

Every group will be required to nominate a Group Leader. A Group Leader will be the main contact with the club during the transition and will act on behalf of the group.

Responsibilities of the Group Leader include:

  • Collecting the FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, MEMBER NUMBER and MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS from all members of the group
  • Filling out and submitting the GROUPING FORM on behalf of the group
  • Confirming or changing the SEAT OFFER
  • Paying the DEPOSIT to secure your seats

The Group Leader must be someone who regularly checks emails and can answer calls during business hours.

If you are an individual not looking to join a group of members you are still required to complete the form as a single person.

When the online grouping form opens in November …

STEP 3: REGISTER THE GROUP

This is the time for you to let us know who you would like to sit with at Western Sydney Stadium. It is the responsibility of the Group Leader to register your group through the online form.

Group registrations will only be accepted via the online form — registrations will not be accepted via email, over the phone or via any other means.

The Group Leader will need to know the first name, last name, member number and medical requirements from all members of the group to complete the form.

Please note: The larger the group, the more restricted the group will be to having seats allocated.

STEP 4: CONFIRM THE GROUP

Once you have completed your Grouping Form registration, you will need to submit the form.

The Group Leader will receive an email confirmation when their group is submitted. Group members will also be notified when they have been added to a group.

STEP 5: WAIT FOR A SEAT OFFER

Over December and January we will be working hard behind the scenes to allocate seats for members. During this time we invite you to enjoy the holiday season and our jam packed Summer of Football period.

When you receive a seat offer, between February and April …

STEP 6: CONFIRM OR CHANGE THE SEATS

Group Leaders will be contacted via email between February 2019 and April 2019 with their Seating Group’s seating offer for the new Western Sydney Stadium. Please see an approximate schedule for the seat allocation below:

Please note: The seating allocation release will be staggered by areas of the stadium.

Once the Group Leader has received their group’s seating allocation, they will have a limited time frame to request to change seats if desired. The ability to change seats will be dependent on the seats available at the time. The Group Leader will only have one (1) opportunity to change their group’s seats.

It is the responsibility of the Group Leader to communicate the new seat details to the rest of the group.

STEP 7: PAY A DEPOSIT

When the group has confirmed they are happy to accept their seats for the new stadium, a $50 deposit is required to be paid per seat. This deposit is payable online via Visa, Mastercard and American Express only.

The Group Leader will be required to process this transaction as a lump sum on behalf of the Seating Group. The seat deposit for the group cannot be split. It is the responsibility of the group leader to collect money from other members of their Seating Group.

When memberships renewals open in May …

STEP 8: RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP

All members who have been allocated a seat at Western Sydney Stadium for the 2019/20 season and paid the deposit on their seat will have their membership set up to automatically renew on 1 June 2019.

After you have renewed your membership …

STEP 9: WAIT FOR YOUR MEMBER CARD AND PACK TO ARRIVE

Your new seats have been confirmed and your membership has renewed, now you just need your membership pack and you will be ready for the 2019/20 season. We expect membership cards and packs for the 2019/20 season to begin arriving in your mailbox from August 2019.

When the 2019/20 Hyundai A-League season begins …

STEP 10: RETURN TO WANDERLAND
